Our core platform, the Nashoba Intelligent Control System (NICS), operates above the battery
management system and below the operating system – providing a hardware-level control layer that interprets
telemetry and enforces stable system behavior in real time.
Deterministic Control Instead of Reactive Management
Many device failures occur because systems react too late to changing conditions. NICS was developed to identify trend shifts early and apply policy-based control decisions before instability escalates into failure.

Positioned above the BMS and below the OS, NICS continuously interprets telemetry from power, thermal, and communication subsystems. This allows devices to maintain stable behavior even when workloads, temperatures, or signal conditions change rapidly.

Nashoba Technologies validates control behavior directly on live hardware platforms under real load conditions. Tablets and power systems serve as reference programs to demonstrate how NICS performs in operational environments.
